6. Construction Contract

We give you a full proposal with a fixed price. If some materials haven’t been chosen yet, we include estimated allowances. Once approved, this becomes the final agreement.

7. Pre-construction Meeting

Before starting, we meet at your home to go over the schedule, any special concerns (like pets or furniture), and how we’ll keep things smooth during construction.

8. Construction

Our crew begins work. We keep the job site clean and safe, and you’ll see steady progress every week.

9. Regular Check-Ins

We meet with you every two weeks to go over progress, answer questions, and make sure everything is on track.

10. Project Complete

Your project is finished! We’ll walk through everything with you and make sure you’re fully satisfied.
