Completed in 2019, 276-288 Trapelo Road has been a praised addition to the Belmont community. Replacing what was a former gas station and old multi-family house, the site was designed to connect to the existing CVS and Waverly Primary Care facility next door. The new building is divisible into four 1,700 sf bays each fully sprinklered, with its own roof top unit, and an ADA compliant bathroom.

The structure is primarily steel with two masonry shear walls. Careful attention was paid to the architectural vernacular of the community and the brick facade was chosen to match the character of the neighborhood.

From permitting through completion, 276-288 Trapelo Road required careful attention to detail and the cooperation of those involved. We are proud of all team members who worked on the project!
